I strongly believe that putting my clients' interests first has led to my personal success.  What goes around comes around.  I may not maximize my earnings on any one transaction, but that mentality has resulted in repeat business & loyal clients, including both institutional and private investors.

I’ve been in this business over 30 years, and I have the grey hair to prove it.  I’ve been a shopping center developer and a top producer at the world’s largest commercial real estate firm.  I’m happy now to take a leadership role in a small firm that reflects my core values, a firm that is nimble yet possesses the capabilities and resources of much larger companies.

I was born & raised in Northern California, graduated from UC Berkeley in 1979, and I’ve been in the commercial real estate industry since then.  I know these markets and the key players.  The leading shopping center owners in the country have retained my services for multiple transactions.

One of my proudest accomplishments is raising my only son, who is an All-American water polo stud and an accomplished jazz saxophonist.  We live in Sacramento and love to spend time at our beach house in Santa Cruz.
