I have had 29 years of overall experience in retail brokerage, including tenant representation, leasing, development and investments.  I have worked extensively throughout northern California and the central valley.  My efforts have resulted in more than 800 transactions and the development of several major shopping centers.

Prior to joining Core Commercial, I worked with CBRE, where I had been awarded their prestigious National Retail Corporate Service Award for work as the national accounts manager for the Kmart.  From 1994 through 2001, I established and managed a national team of 84 brokers, covering 26 states and successfully completed approximately 400 transactions for Kmart.  Current exclusive tenant representation includes:  Jo-Ann stores, Sport Chalet, Harbor Freight Tools, McDonald’s and ARCO (with others on a periodic basis).  Additionally, on the landlord side, I have represented a number of significant retail developers of multiple large-scale centers in the Central Valley, including Red Maple Village, a 139,500 square foot Raley’s anchored center in Tracy, as well as Stadium center in Manteca, a 440,000 square foot center anchored by Costco and Kohl’s.
